TENNIS & PICKLEBALL COURTS

The new tennis and pickleball courts are scheduled to open before year-end 2026!  Following is the updated fee scheduled approved by The Tanglewood Forest Limited District Board of Directors:

Court usage fees are as follows:

• Tanglewood Forest Residents:  $30 annual pass*
• Non-Residents:  $180 annual pass*

Commercial use of the courts must be pre-approved by the Tanglewood Forest Limited District Board and coordinated through the District’s Manager.

• Commercial Use Fee:   $50 per hour
• Commercial use is subject to District approval and scheduling requirements.
• Commercial users who abuse these rules or violate the District’s requirements will have their court-use privileges revoked.

* If your membership was placed on hold due to construction, it will be re-activated, and you will receive PRO-RATED time to account for the closure period.
