Standing Committees - Communication, Finance, Parks, Pool

The District has a number of standing committees- Communication Finance, Parks, Pool, Parks,.

District residents are welcome and encouraged to attend any of the committee meetings. 

Please contact any of the respective Directors , listed for each committee,  if you would like to get involved  or attend a committee meeting.

The District also encourages our residents to be part of an Event Planning Committee (Annual Summer and Winter community events). Please contact any of the Board Directors if you would like to a part of this committee.

The Communication committee usually meets before or after the Parks  committee on the first Wednesday of the month. The committee usually meets at the Tanglewood Pool house but could  meet via a zoom meeting. Please contact Mike Canty or Noel Gonsalvez if you would like to would like to attend a  scheduled meeting or to confirm the meeting location.

The Finance committee has a standing meeting at 2pm on the Monday immediately preceding the regular Board meeting. Please contact Brian Whelan or Steve Gerlofs if you would like to would like to attend the regularly scheduled meeting or to confirm the meeting location

The Parks committee has a standing meeting at 2pm on the first Wednesday of the month. The committee usually meets at the Tanglewood Pool house but occasionally may meet at one of the District parks . Currently the Pool  committee meets on an "As needed" basis.  Please contact Mike Canty or Steve Gerlofs if you would like to would like to attend a scheduled meeting or to confirm the meeting location.
